Welcome to Insight! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including our LLM chat interface and premium subscription features. By using Insight, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Service

Insight provides a platform to chat with AI models. You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Insight.
• You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, including attempting to bypass the paywall or misuse AI models.
• You are responsible for the content you input into the chat interface.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Insight offers premium AI models through a subscription:

• Payments are processed securely via PhonePe. You must provide accurate payment information (name, mobile number).
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice.

3. AI Model Usage

Insight provides access to AI models for informational purposes:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.
• You agree not to use AI responses for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Insight, including the UI, logo, and AI model responses, is owned by Insight or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Insight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, downtime, or inaccurate AI responses.
• We are not responsible for third-party services like PhonePe or Supabase.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Insight if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Insight after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Haryana, India.
