Refund Policy

At Insight, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription to our premium AI models. If you’re not happy, we offer a refund under the following conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund for premium subscriptions within 14 days of your purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at anshtyagi2222@gmail.com with your name, mobile number & email. We’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

3. What Happens After a Refund

If your request is accepted, the amount will be credited to your original payment method in 10 to 12 days & you will lose access to premium AI models. Your chat history will remain accessible, but you’ll be downgraded to the free plan.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 14-day refund period.
• Free plans or trial periods (since no payment is made).
• If you violate our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse of AI models).
